2013 Winter International Fancy Food and Confection Show Authentic Made in Italy food and wine The Italian Pavilion at the 2013 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco will showcase, as always, the very best of Italian gastronomy and wine. The authentic Italian products, all distinguished by their unique Made in Italy designation, include such traditional favorites as extra virgin olive oil, prosciutto, pasta, balsamic vinegar, cheese, coffee and wine, plus delicious and innovative chocolates and pastries, truffle honey, kamut and spelt pasta, sauces and much more. "We're pleased to welcome a great number of the distinctive products of Italy and their rich traditions to the West coast of the United States," said Aniello Musella, Italian Trade Commissioner and Executive Director for the USA. "The authentic Made in Italy has become synonymous with healthy and highquality food for the Americans and the Italian Pavilion will not disappoint", he said. The visitors at the Italian Pavilion will have the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations and sample new products before their debut on the U.S. market. The Italian Trade Commission Information Center at the 2013 Winter Fancy Food Show is located at booth 3747.
