Ari Weinzweig thinks so. BY ARI WEINZWEIG T he National Association for the Specialty Food Trade recently created a vision of what it wants to achieve in the next 10 years. (See Editor's Letter on page 1.) This is something I'm always recommending. Zingerman's has long used visioning as a key part of our business management and, if you are a frequent reader of this column, you know I'm a huge believer. But I think there is a benefit for doing this for life outside of business too.
