n a nation packed with representation from cultures across the globe, exposure to—and interest
in—ethnic foods is ever growing. In fact, nearly half of American consumers say they're willing
to spend more on authentic ethnic/international foods, according to "Ethnic Foods," a recent
report from Mintel International.
Ethnic dishes from the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, and Korea are
among new taste experiences driving menu and product trends.
