Indian Groceries Grows with New Location This year the Sanghavi family will move its Indian Groceries and Spices store to a new, larger, more modern and open space in Wauwatosa, Wis., offering ample acreage for the business's line of some 800 varieties of flours, rice, chutneys, pickles and fresh vegetables. The family-run company now includes a self-published cookbook, cooking classes and a bustling retail website called iShopIndian.com. STARBUCKS EXPANDING WITH JUICE OFFERINGS Starbucks Corp. purchased juice company Evolution Fresh for $30 million in cash. The coffee company plans to introduce a new health-and-wellness retail concept to serve juice beginning in early to mid-2012. Publix Opens Composting Facility Taking "going green" to a new level, Publix Super Markets Inc. and Waste Management have opened the Organics Recycling Facility in Okeechobee, Fla. The seven-acre facility uses a computer-controlled aeration system to process food waste, including produce, bakery and floral items, from 40 Publix stores into organic compost products.
