BIG PICTURE FARM
Raspberry Rhubarb Goat Milk Caramels
CREAMY GOAT'S MILK IS STEEPED with a cold-pressed rhubarb wine to
create the seasonal Raspberry Rhubarb Caramel from Big Picture Farm.
Inspired by spring on Big Picture's Vermont family farm, the milk is caramelized
to perfection alongside raspberries, making the confection light and delicate.
Other seasonal flavors include wild chocolate mint, honey pomme, and brown
butter bourbon, all handmade with fresh goat's milk from the 44 goats that
reside on the farm. Contact: Lucas Farrell; 802.365.7237; bigpicturefarm@

FAT TOAD FARM
Farmstead Goat's Milk Caramel
MADE IN SMALL BATCHES, Farmstead Goat's Milk Caramel uses fresh milk
from Fat Toad Farm's herd of pastured dairy goats. The caramel sauces are
delicately hand-stirred over the course of five hours to create a rich, velvety
texture. The sauces deliver a not-too-sweet and tangy flavor of chevre
balanced with fresh milk and pure cane sugar. The entire product line is made
with milk exclusively from Fat Toad Farm's own goats, and each jar is hand-
labeled and packaged on the farm. Contact: Calley Hastings; 802.522.0503;
