M adyson's Marshmallows Sweet for S'mores Artisan S'mores Kits. This family-owned company has found a way to improve on the classic campfire treat. Fill homemade marshmallows (made with pure cane sugar, real vanilla, and kosher gelatin) with chocolate and peanut butter chips, which melt right inside, and pair with Moravian cookies. Two versions are available, both with skewers and matches included: chocolate and peanut butter, which features 10 vanilla bean marshmallows filled with chocolate and peanut butter chips and Moravian choc- olate cookies; and chocolate chip, which contains 10 vanilla bean marshmallows filled with choc- olate chips and Moravian sugar cookies. When pulmon- ologist Dr. Nick Proia found a dearth of chocolates on the market that paired well with wine, he decided to create some. The company's new kit includes every- thing consumers need to host parties with wine and chocolate pairings (except the wine itself). The set contains 3-ounce bars of all four varieties of Brix chocolate— milk, smooth dark, medium dark, and extra dark—a cutting board, knife, and tast- ing guide written by wine master Phillip Goodband. The guide offers wine pairing suggestions for each of the chocolate varieties.
