UNIT SALES OF SPECIALTY FOODS KEFIR Product Category YOGURT Growth of the specialty food market was driven not only by price increases or inflation, but rather by unit sales increases. Unit sales jumped by 17.5 percent, driven by the success of Shelf-Stable Functional Beverages (up 130.8 percent) and Yogurt and Kefir (up 95.9 percent).
